PrismaPro 2 Discontinuation Update <\/h1>\n\n\n\n

Fast & Fluid Management is announcing the discontinuation of PrismaPro 2 (PP2), our dispensing software for Windows PC\/laptop devices. This decision in discontinuing and ending support for PP2 is based on technical infeasibility of doing development or maintaining the application as well as streamlining our portfolio of desktop app offerings. Effective 1st January 2026, PP2 and PP2 driver will be discontinued as part of our offering.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

What this means for our customers<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

PP2 will no longer be available for purchase after 1st January 2026. Users will be able to use the existing version of PP2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are no longer supporting any new requirements for PP2. Post discontinuation deadline, we shall not be able to support with resolution of issues that are faced with existing installations.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Next steps for our customers<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

If your POS \/ operator is a current PP2 user, our sales team will personally contact you to discuss possible transition to TI Dispense Desktop (TIDD), a more technologically advanced alternative with more feature and benefits, to meet your current and future needs. We have migration options which will not require additional hardware purchase, or shop visits \u2013 and without losing dispense data in the desktop devices. Kindly contact our sales team to discuss which migration option would you prefer based on your dispenser fleet and network requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The replacement application \u2013 TI Dispense Desktop (TIDD), is already available and commercialized. Migration process at POS is only a couple of minutes for installing, converting local dispense history & custom formula and downloading the latest formula database from cloud. TI Dispense Desktop is supported on Windows OS 11 and above. Detailed recommended specification are mentioned in the FAQ below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you are using PP2 driver to communicate with the dispenser, kindly get in touch with our sales team to discuss on the support for migration from PP2 driver to Tintelligence solution. We will coordinate with the third party software provider that you currently use with PP2 driver.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
