PrismaRT Discontinuation Update

Fast & Fluid Management is announcing the discontinuation of its PrismaRT mobile dispensing software, specifically designed for Asian markets. This decision in discontinuing and ending support for PrismaRT is based on technical infeasibility of doing development or maintaining the application as well as streamlining our portfolio of mobile app offerings. Effective 31 August 2025, PrismaRT will be removed from the cloud backend services and formula update services will be stopped.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What this means for our customers<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

PrismaRT will no longer be available for purchase after 31 August, 2025. Current users will no longer be able to login, update the application or receive update of the formula database.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the transition time, we will endeavor to provide fixes for issues, if technically feasible. We will, however, not be able to support new requirements or features development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Next steps for our customers<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If your POS \/ operator is a current PrismaRT user, our sales team will personally contact you to discuss possible transition to TI Dispense Mobile (TIDM), a more technologically advanced alternative with more feature and benefits, to meet your current and future needs. We have migration options which will not require additional hardware purchase, or shop visits \u2013 and without losing dispense data in the mobile devices. Kindly contact our sales team to discuss which migration option would you prefer based on your dispenser fleet and network requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The replacement application \u2013 TI Dispense Mobile, is already available in Google Playstore for download. Migration process at POS is only a couple of minutes for installing, converting local dispense history & custom formula and downloading the latest formula database from cloud. TI Dispense Mobile is supported by all popular mobile phone models running on Android 10 and above.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Wi-Fi module KonnectKit 2.0 (KK2.0) currently used in dispensers in field is already compatible with the TI Dispense Mobile and does not need any hardware or Kit replacement.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n\n
